Pretreatment Integrated Machine Delivered to Russia

2025 03/20

Today, GNGEP's independently developed high-efficiency dissolved air flotation system (daf system)was sent to Russia, marking our company's breakthrough in the field of large-scale application of water treatment equipment. The dissolved air flotation machine will be used to treat over 15000 tons of industrial wastewater containing oil and high suspended solids per day in the park, helping customers achieve strict standards of effluent suspended solids concentration ≤ 10mg/L.
Technical highlights: precise separation, intelligent operation and maintenance
The core advantages of air flotation delivered this time include:
Efficient purification: Using multi-stage release devices and 304 stainless steel microporous filters (pore size 20-30 μ m), the oil removal rate is ≥ 98%, and the treatment efficiency is 40% higher than traditional models.
Energy saving and consumption reducing: Integrating variable frequency dissolved air pump and waste heat recovery system, energy consumption is reduced by 35% year-on-year, and operating costs are significantly saved.
This device is suitable for oily wastewater treatment scenarios in industries such as petrochemicals, food processing, and papermaking, and is particularly adept at addressing high COD and high turbidity water quality challenges.
Project Breakthrough: Customized Solutions to Crack Industry Pain Points
The target park wastewater has high oil content and complex composition, and traditional air flotation equipment has problems such as low gas dissolution efficiency and high water content in the floating slag. The GNGEP technical team has optimized the three-level dissolved gas release system and upgraded the intelligent slag scraping algorithm to control the water content of the floating slag below 85%, while reducing the dosage of chemicals by 20%. The person in charge of the client stated, "The stability of the equipment operation exceeded expectations, and the automation function significantly reduced the frequency of manual inspections, providing strong support for the water-saving and emission reduction goals of the park.
