Tube Diffusers were Delivered to Brazil

2025 04/22

Today thousands of tube diffusers were delivered to Brazil.
Tube EPDM TUBE DIFFUSER is a key equipment used for oxygenation in sewage treatment, which has the characteristics of efficient oxygen transfer, anti clogging, and easy maintenance. The following provides a comprehensive explanation based on the latest technological advancements and practical applications:
1.Structural composition of tube diffusers wastewater
The core components of a tubular aerator include:
Aeration membrane tube: made of EPDM or silicone rubber material, with a surface arranged in a plum blossom shape with micropores (pore size 1-3mm) and a unfolded width greater than 220mm.
Support system: UPVC sleeve is covered with rubber film and fixed at both ends with SS304 stainless steel clamps.
Transmission and distribution pipeline: The UPVC main pipeline is equipped with AISI304 adjustable supports, and expansion joints are added when the length is greater than 20m.
2.Technical features of the membrane tube diffuser
Efficient aeration
The oxygen utilization rate reaches 35-42%, the power efficiency is 6.5kgO ₂/kWh, and the bubble diameter is controlled within 1-4mm
Anti clogging design
The self closing pore structure closes the micropores when the gas is stopped, effectively preventing the backflow of the mixed liquid
Corrosion resistance
The diaphragm is made of EPDM rubber imported from Japan, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, with a service life of 5-8 years
3.Application advantages
Flexible installation: Supports hanging to enhance installation and adapts to uneven pool bottom conditions
Convenient operation and maintenance: Replacing membrane tubes does not require emptying the pool body, and supports non-stop renovation
Energy saving and consumption reducing: Compared to traditional disc aerators, energy consumption is reduced by 30%
4.Precautions
Each DN20 vertical pipe needs to be equipped with a condensate discharge device, and it is recommended to manually discharge once a week
The spacing between aerators should be greater than 300mm to prevent the merging of bubbles from affecting oxygen mass transfer efficiency
Regularly check the opening and closing performance of the membrane, and replace it immediately if the elasticity loss exceeds 30%
