Today hundreds of tube diffusers were delivered to Armenia.

Overview and core characteristics of tube diffusers
Tube aerator is a key equipment used for oxygenation in sewage treatment systems, widely used in the fields of urban sewage and organic industrial wastewater treatment. Its core advantages lie in its simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate (35%~42%), reliable performance, and the characteristics of not easily clogged pores, no backflow of sewage, uniform circumferential stress, and long service life. The overall price of the equipment is low, and installation and maintenance are convenient, especially suitable for the construction of new sewage treatment plants and the upgrading and renovation of existing facilities.
Structure and technical parameters of tubular aerator
Basic structural composition
The membrane tube diffuser is mainly composed of aeration membrane, support tube, air pipeline and accessories. The accessories include plugs, stainless steel clamps, connectors, gaskets, etc. The diaphragm and support tube are fixed by clamps. The air pipeline is mostly made of engineering plastic ABS material, which reduces buoyancy in the water by filling it with hollow water
Application scenarios and applicable fields
EPDM TUBE DIFFUSER/SILICONE TUBE DIFFUSER is widely used in the following scenarios:
Urban sewage treatment: The oxygenation process of biochemical tanks and secondary sedimentation tanks improves the efficiency of activated sludge treatment.
Industrial wastewater treatment: aerobic zone of biochemical reactors in industries such as petrochemicals, textiles, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, etc., suitable for high concentration organic wastewater treatment.
Ecological restoration: promoting microbial growth by increasing dissolved oxygen in water bodies, applied to ecological pools such as artificial wetlands and landscape lakes.
Old factory renovation: In response to the problems of low efficiency and frequent blockage of traditional aerators, they can be directly replaced to improve treatment capacity.
