Analysis of Structure and Working Principle
Composition: Composed of EPDM rubber diaphragm, inner lining support tube (Φ 63-69mm), clamp, and gas supply pipeline.
Aeration mechanism: During gas supply, the membrane bulges and the micropores (1.5 mm, 2 × 2.5 mm spacing) open to release 1-3 mm bubbles; After the gas is stopped, the diaphragm shrinks elastically, and the 15 mm non porous area is automatically sealed to prevent sewage backflow.
Installation points: 100-250 mm from the bottom of the pool, with a longitudinal spacing of about 500 mm, supporting fixed or adjustable installation.
