Fine Bubble Diffuser Delivered to Philippines

2025 11/17

Today hundreds of fine bubble disc diffusers were delivered to Philippines.
Fine Bubble Diffuser are the core equipment for efficiently supplying oxygen to wastewater in water treatment. The mainstream types include microporous (tubular/disc), corundum, membrane, and cyclone shear types, among which disc microporous aerators are the most widely used and technologically mature.
Aerators inject air into water to form bubbles, increase the gas-liquid contact area, and enhance dissolved oxygen (DO), thereby supporting aerobic microbial degradation of organic pollutants. Its performance directly affects the efficiency and energy consumption level of sewage treatment. Common processes such as CASS, A ²/O, and biological contact oxidation tanks all rely on the stable operation of aeration systems.
Mainstream types and technical characteristics of the aeration diffuser
fine bubble air diffuser: including tubular and disc type, with EPDM or silicone membrane opening micro pores, small bubbles (0.8-3 mm), high oxygen utilization rate (20-25%), but needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage.
Corundum aerator: one-piece molding, corrosion-resistant, strong resistance to sludge impact, double-sided aeration, suitable for high corrosion and high sludge concentration scenarios.
GNGEP type membranedisc diffuser: The rubber membrane automatically opens and closes the pores, closes and prevents blockages when the gas stops, supports intermittent operation, has low pressure loss, and has a long service life.
Cyclone shearing/jet type: no membrane, simple structure, maintenance free, suitable for water quality fluctuations or oily wastewater, but slightly lower oxygen utilization rate.
