Traveling Slag Scraper Delivered to Philippines

2025 04/07

This morning, GNGEP Heavy Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Base held a brief but grand delivery ceremony, and the first batch of fully automatic Traveling Slag Scraper officially departed for a Southeast Asian environmental technology company, marking the first large-scale application of this series of products in overseas markets.
The scraper delivered this time adopts modular intelligent design and is equipped with an IoT remote control system. The scraper efficiency is 40% higher than traditional models, and energy consumption is reduced by 25%. It can be widely used in solid-liquid separation scenarios in industries such as sewage treatment, food processing, and papermaking. The special anti-corrosion coating process adopted by the equipment enables it to maintain stable operation in high temperature and high corrosion environments.
GNGEP technology introduction: "The delivery cycle of this batch of equipment was completed 15 days earlier than the original plan, thanks to our newly built automated assembly line and strict quality control system. Each equipment passes a 72 hour load test before leaving the factory to ensure that customers can install and use it immediately." It is reported that this batch of equipment will be used for the customer's newly built palm oil wastewater treatment project, and it is expected to reduce solid waste treatment costs by about 1.2 million US dollars per year.
As a leading enterprise in the field of solid-liquid separation in China, our products have been exported to 16 countries. The company's marketing director said, "We are simultaneously preparing customized orders for Russian and South American customers, and plan to launch the second phase of smart factory construction in the second half of the year to further expand the production capacity of high-end environmental protection equipment.
