Internal Feed rotary drum screen is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly used to remove suspended particles (>0.2mm) in water, and is widely used in industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, aquaculture and other fields. The following are its core points:
1. Working principle and structure of Drum Filter
Workflow: Sewage enters the rotating mesh tube uniformly through the buffer inlet, and is filtered through the gaps of the mesh tube. Impurities are trapped in the tube and discharged with the spiral rotation of the slag guide. The filtered water flows out of the mesh tube for 12 days.
Core structure:
Drive device: Chain drive, high efficiency.
Mesh tube: made of stainless steel material, with adjustable aperture of 0.2-2mm.
Backwash system: High pressure water automatically flushes the filter screen to prevent blockage.
Anti overflow design: Two side baffles prevent sewage from splashing.
