The working principle and core structure of the screw press sludge dewatering machine
Stacking screw machine, also known as stacking screw press dewatering machine, has a core structure consisting of a fixed ring and a moving ring stacked on top of each other to form a filtering device. The spiral shaft runs through it and is divided into a concentration section and a dewatering section as a whole. The filter gap and spiral axis pitch between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually decrease from the concentration section to the dewatering section, and the volume of the spiral chamber continues to shrink, forming internal pressure with the outlet back pressure plate to achieve sludge dewatering. Its working principle is divided into three stages: concentration stage: the spiral shaft rotates to drive the relative movement of multiple solid and active laminates, and water is filtered out from the gaps between the laminates under the action of gravity, completing rapid concentration. Dehydration stage: The concentrated sludge moves forward with the spiral axis, and the pitch and ring gap shrink, causing the volume of the spiral chamber to shrink. Under the action of the back pressure plate, the internal pressure increases, and the water is squeezed out, resulting in an increase in the solid content of the filter cake. Self cleaning stage: The spiral shaft rotates to drive the moving ring to rotate, and continuous self-cleaning is achieved through the movement of the fixed ring and the moving ring to avoid blockage.
