Today Several Pallets of Fiber Ball were Delivered to Sweden.
Fiber balls are a widely used filtering material in the field of water treatment, with advantages such as large voids, strong interception ability, and high filtration accuracy. They are commonly used for deep treatment of oilfield reinjection water, industrial wastewater, and other scenarios.
Fiber balls are spherical filter materials made by tying fiber threads together. Compared with traditional steel filter materials (such as quartz sand), they have good elasticity, are not easy to float, have high porosity, and can effectively improve filtration efficiency and working cycle. It is mainly used in water treatment systems in industries such as power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and urban water supply and drainage.
If dealing with oily wastewater (such as refinery or oilfield reinjection water), modified fiber balls should be preferred because they are resistant to oil pollution, easy to backwash, and have a long service life.
If it is only for removing suspended solids or colloids, ordinary fiber balls can meet the needs and have lower costs.
During use, pay attention to controlling the filtration rate and filling height (recommended 80-180cm) to optimize the filtration effect.
